Definition 1: The meaning of master key is as follows;

Let (K_e1, K_d1), (K_e2, K_d2) be two pairs of public key, where K_ei is the encoding key and K_di is the decoding key for i=1,2. If K_d1 can be used to decode the message encoded by K_e2 and not vice versa, then the pair (K_e1, K_d1) is said to be a master key of the pair (K_e2, K_d2).
