All submissions of candidate plaintext and private key for the contest must be sent by either letter to

US Data Security Inc.
358 Fifth Avenue Suite 403
NY, NY 10001

or email to phh@usdsi.com or webmaster@usdsi.com . A submission should contain (in the message body) a number of fields specifying information such as the name(s) of the person or people making the submission, the actual plaintext and private-key being submitted, and other relevant information as in the following example

Name: F. Kant
Address: 101 Kant Street, NY, NY 10010
Solution: (1): The plaintext is "In the past few years there
has been an explosion of activity."
(2): The private key is the inverse map h-1
which can be decomposed as a composition of four
tame automorphisms g1-1 ....,g4-1 with the
explicit expression of them as follows:
	  g1,1-1=bla,bla
	  .......................
	  g4,100-1=bla,bla
Email: fkant@abcde.com
Phone:212-123-4567
Time:Around 1010 MIPS-years
Method: Quantum Probability testing.

Each field has a field header, followed by a colon, followed by the value of the field. After all the fields, there must be a line containing just the string "done:", to indicate the end of the submission.

The "solution", "name", "address", "email", and "phone" fields are required to be present in every submission. Without these fields the submission will be rejected. The other fields, "time" and "method", are also required. US Data Security Inc. would very much appreciate a detailed presentation for any information they might reveal. While the MIPS-year (the amount of computation completed in a year by a machine operating at the rate of 1,000,000 instructions per second) is the most conventional unit for measuring computing power.

Fields can be contained in more than one line, like the "Solution" field in the example. However, each field must start on a new line. The "address", "email", and "phone" fields should contain only one address, email address, and phone number, respectively.
